Excellent customer service and superior reeds

I am a newer clarinet player (8 months) and theses reeds seem to give me a clearer sound. Also, I am blown away by the customer service. I always try to support small businesses. Being able to purchase single reeds was a great and cost saving way to try out 3 1/2 strength reeds. Found out it was time to move up. Also appreciate your videos and sense of humor.
