Cheap, effective, comfortable, this silicone thumb-rest cushion fits on every clarinet...even if you don't think it might.

Universal Thumb Rest Cushion
The thumb rest is very well made, easy to slip on and stays in place firmly. However, I found the shape and hardness of the thumb rest a bit uncomfortable for my 82 year old thumb.
