Mouthpiece Cushions You Won't Hate
No. More. Slipping. (And no more scratches on your mouthpiece either.)
These high-quality silicone mouthpiece cushions come in two thicknesses, 0.5mm and 0.8mm. (For reference, most clear mouthpiece patches are 0.3mm). They have a nice "give" to them, and secure the mouthpiece in embouchure position very easily.
The adhesive is US-made (from 3M) and comes off mouthpieces easily when it's time to replace the patch. Because of the nature of this non-toxic "tissue" adhesive, it will leave a residue on the mouthpiece when you remove the patch, which is easily removed by rubbing it with your thumb. (A small price to pay for not putting toxic chemicals in your mouth IMO!)

Works for all Clarinet mouthpieces except for Eb clarinet, and for all Saxophone mouthpieces.

Just what I needed.
The adhesive tends to stick to the mouthpiece when the cushion is removed. This adhesive is difficult to remove.
Hi James, thanks for your review! It’s actually not tough to remove — just rub your thumb over the tissue tape and it’ll come right off! (We use tissue tape because it’s non-toxic!)
These are simply the best - comfortable, long-lasting and without residue when removed.
“Mouthpiece cushions you won’t hate” is right. These cushion well, grip securely, and feel great to play on. They even look good, which is rare for mouthpiece patches.
The silicone is the standout. It feels better than typical materials, and knowing it’s food-safe is a nice bonus. The non-toxic adhesive is also appreciated. I don’t see much reason to use anything else, except maybe when a clear patch is needed for aesthetics. Even then, these are hard to beat.
Over the years I have tried the cushions by many brands. They are all ok.
This one is just more comfortable and I will be ordering more in the next order for sure
As with so many clarinet-related items, so much depends on the individual player. The cushioning is better. The feel is better. A little thicker might work better for me. But if you bite down too hard these pads can shift on the mouthpiece.
They are 5 times less expensive, but work just as well as other mouthpiece cushions.

Definitely can notice a new sound coming from both me and the instrument. Buy the size you think is better suited for you though!
My daughter just got her braces off and the vibration on her new bass clarinet mouthpiece was making her teeth sensitive. I got her both the 0.5 and 0.8 to try both. So far she has tried the 0.8 and says her teeth feel so much better.
These cushions are great. They adhere to the mp well and stay in place. I have the 0.5 thickness, and that works great for me. I could not imagine a better mp cushion.
I have really enjoyed the thinner model, it's everything I want, teeth don't slip, not as much resistance as a thicker one, and I like the look. My only complaints are, my teeth leave an indentation, which could honestly be caused by my embouchure, very minor complaint, and there is a residue when you remove it from the mouthpiece.

Love these cushions. Made my mouthpiece feel completely new. Grippy and haven't had to change it yet (have had for about a month with a daily-ish practice).
Recently purchased and been using for a couple weeks. Ideal thickness, grips well & doesn’t slide around. Love that it comes in a pack so I have backups. Will purchase again and recommend to students!

I tried the "Mouthpiece Cushions You Won't Hate" and found that claim to be 100% true. They are not as rock-hard as other cushions I've tried recently, and provide the cushion and grip I look for in a mouthpiece cushion. Best mouthpiece cushions I have used. I play alto saxophone. These 0.8 mm cushions really minimize vibration transmission -- much better than others I have tried. I highly recommend them. They last a long time (for me) and remain attached (no peeling). Not hard to remove when they need to be replaced.

The mouthpiece patches are great! Very comfortable on the mouthpieces I've put them on so far. Not just on clarinet, but also on my saxophone mouthpieces. They're also just the correct size so I don't even have to trim them to fit my soprano saxophone mouthpiece.
I've used different brands of mouthpiece cushions but this one feels by far the best.

These are fabulous and initially they can be repositioned.
And if you apply part of a second atop the first, it's also very useful for learning mouth position. After one has set, you can do what I did and cut strips of another. Add strips from the bottom until you find the sweet spot of a new mouthpiece. In the pic below I cut three strips and the third was too wide so I cut it in half and reapplied.
