These high-quality silicone mouthpiece cushions come in two thicknesses, 0.5mm and 0.8mm. (For reference, most clear mouthpiece patches are 0.3mm). They have a nice "give" to them, and secure the mouthpiece in embouchure position very easily.
The adhesive is US-made (from 3M) and comes off mouthpieces easily when it's time to replace the patch. Because of the nature of this non-toxic "tissue" adhesive, it will leave a residue on the mouthpiece when you remove the patch, which is easily removed by rubbing it with your thumb. (A small price to pay for not putting toxic chemicals in your mouth IMO!)

Works for all Clarinet mouthpieces except for Eb clarinet, and for all Saxophone mouthpieces.

Best mouthpiece cushions I have used. I play alto saxophone. These 0.8 mm cushions really minimize vibration transmission -- much better than others I have tried. I highly recommend them. They last a long time (for me) and remain attached (no peeling). Not hard to remove when they need to be replaced.
