They're \u003cem\u003ereally damn good! \u003c\/em\u003eI find that they are a little lighter than Vandoren Traditional Bass Clarinet reeds, both in strength, and in sound. So I tried more, and found that they were also really consistent. So, I bought a bunch, and here we are. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you're reed-curious — and you should be — give these a try. They run a little bit softer than Vandoren Traditional bass reeds, as I mentioned above, but not a complete half-strength. So, if you play a V12 or V12 Vandoren bass reed, try a half strength harder.
